At Brinch & Partners we deliver professional and uncompromising recruitment of specialists and managers. We are a nationwide consulting company with offices in Copenhagen and Aarhus that recruits managers and specialists based on our clients’ strategies, ensuring that our clients are provided with the required competencies through our carefully designed recruitment process characterized by close collaboration between consultants and clients. We take responsibility for the whole process, from the initial profile analysis through to the sourcing of candidates, the assessment of the candidates’ competencies, extensive testing, in-depth interviewing and reference checking.

The company is managed by ten partners, Jens Christian Jensen, Martin Bo Sørensen, Henrik Smit, Mia Svantemann Ramskov, Susanne Holse, Arne Kyed, Niels Appel, Lars Møller Pedersen, Peter Bjerring og Ole Bæk. All of our partners have numerous years of experience within the fields of recruitment and HR Management.
