In the past 10 years, Henrik has worked with Search & Selection at three different consultant companies, thereby building up relevant experience and competencies enabling him to work with different types of tasks. Prior to this, Henrik was a director and head of departments in two large Danish companies operating internationally, working with Supply Chain Management, sales and marketing. Henrik is also a member of several company boards.
