Before establishing Brinch & Partners, Jens Christian Jensen built up numerous years of experience as a senior konsulent from another large scandinavian search & selection company. He has through more than 13 years worked with customers from a wide selection of industries and has experience with both large international corporation and smaller companies. Previously, he served in the Danish Royal Guards as an officer with responsibility for selecting, educating, planning and management of units in Denmark, as well as on international deployments
