Ole has a lot of leadership experience in both line and staff functions from a long career within Vestas Wind Systems. Later, Ole has been responsible for the strategy and business development in one of the largest energy groups in Denmark and he has for the last 3 years worked in a large search & selection firm.

Through his work, Ole has gotten a lot of experience with and insight into which professional and personal skills it takes to develop organizations, teams, and business areas. Ole focuses on energy and industrial companies from where he has experience with recruitment within the following areas:
