Mia started her career in Management Consulting at PA Consulting Group and PwC Consulting amongst others, advising clients across different industries and countries with tasks including change management, knowledge sharing, innovation, CRM and business optimization, strategy and IT-implementations.

Lately Mia has more than 12 years of experience within marketing and communication as Head of Marketing and Communications with line management, as well as being the direct sparring partner and advisor to the executive team at the Ementor, Mannaz and DELTA.

As a leader, Mia has been responsible for recruiting to her own business unit as well as contributed to spotting key competences for others. She knows how to spot new talent and how to create close relations with candidates, thereby gaining real and valuable insight.

Mia is a certified coach and has during her career as both a consultant and executive worked with recruitment and development of consultants, executives, project leads and specialists using the individual’s profile, competences and personal preferences and passion.
