International Sales – Business Development – Close Collaboration with large International Partners
Responsible for expanding the business through identifying potential customers, making the initial contact and presenting the KVADRAT Soft Cells Luminous- and cooling textile panel solutions together with the partners
Kvadrat Soft Cells A/S is the absolute premium brand within design- and acoustic solutions to ceilings and walls, and you will function as their Sales Executive within their luminous- and cooling textile panels. Working out of their HQ in Copenhagen, you will be responsible for the business development within your category and help develop the strong partnerships with leading international companies within lighting and cooling solutions. You will do this by analyzing the markets, identifying and establishing contacts to potential customers along large international companies and architects. The specific task is to reach out to the top 50 international companies and architectural firms, with the purpose of building relations and selling the excellent products that Kvadrat Soft Cells offers. You will report to the CEO of Kvadrat Soft Cells A/S.
The objective is to develop the business and identify and pursue business opportunities, which will set the foundation for future growth of Kvadrat Soft Cells A/S solutions for wall and ceilings, assuring the present position as the market leader. As a Sales Executive in an international oriented company, you should expect approximately 80 travel days per year to metropolises across the globe. Therefore, verbal and written English is required.
Proactive and self-driven Sales Executive/Business Developer with a few years of experience working internationally and getting the key wins
You most likely have a commercial-oriented education combined with a minimum of three years’ experience from an international role, where you have worked with international sales and business development. Furthermore, you have experience working with external stakeholders and fully understand the value of collaboration and motivation in a matrix organization.
As a person, you are self-driven, sales oriented and have a professional and analytical approach to managing the relation to clients and partners, and thrive with a pragmatic, holistic, and hands-on approach. You have a strong commercial understanding and enjoy working in a company with high demands to quality and growth, and where humor is an important contributor to a good working environment. You enjoy taking responsibility and influencing the results, and you have a natural drive that matches your ambitious mindset. You are a person who knows how to motivate and empower the people around you.
