About the job
If you answer yes, then we would enjoy having you on board as our new Programme Manager in Global IT. LEO Pharma is facing extensive growth the coming years so we have an exciting strategy and run projects that support and develop an organisation of almost 5.000 employees in more than 60 countries.

As Programme Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic programme in our global people organisation over the next years. The programme will support our ambition to become a true global organisation where people processes and systems are integrated and perceived as one. The programme is not yet fully scoped but it will at least cover themes like performance and rewards.

Being responsible for the programme you will over the coming years be able to create great impact on the way we support people processes worldwide and ultimately our business.

You will be a part of an open and dynamic Global IT function running a major transformation programme together with Line of Business building the platform for our future state in LEO Pharma.

Your qualifications
You have comprehensive experience from a similar Business Programme Manager position where you have implemented people processes and systems like i.e. SAP SuccessFactors or similar in an international organisation. Experience in standardising and globalising processes and systems is a clear qualification.

You thrive in a rapid changing environment and act as a change agent yourself.

From experience, you set a clear direction for project managers and collaborate well with many stakeholders across the organisation and external partners.

You must be self-driven, operational as well as strategic and have a strong business IT mind-set obtained through extensive hands on experience.

Your enthusiasm shows initiative by nature combined with a good sense of humor.

You are fully proficient in both written and spoken English.
