Now available in over 20 countries, Little Miracles bottles are sold in convenience stores, gas stations, gyms, cafés, delis, trains, airlines and supermarkets. With a strong portfolio of drinks, Little Miracles are in the process of expanding with bars and snacks with the same focus on health and great taste.
The company was founded in 2011 and is still partly owned by the founders as well as a strong team of shareholders. The production is outsourced to a high quality manufacturer in Germany and distributed using local partners. For the office in Copenhagen Little Miracles are now looking for an:

Entrepreneurial mind-set in a trendsetting environment
Reporting to the CEO you will play an important role in the growth strategy of the company. Though Little Miracles are not big in terms of employees, they are big in spirit and ambition. Their products are sold to trendsetting consumers in over 20 countries, with more to come, using trusted suppliers and partners in the local markets.
The right partners with local brand knowledge are crucial to the success of Little Miracles, which means managing these relationships is one of the focus areas of this position. You will participate in expansion activities and establishing policies that promote the culture and vision as well as managing operations and external production of Little Miracles internationally. You will secure improved supply chain effectiveness across cost of goods, inventory holding, logistics and warehousing in close collaboration with vendors and the Export Coordinator. The day to day bookkeeping will be outsourced to an external partner, but you will be responsible for the overall financial planning and reporting, defining and analysing KPI’s and ensuring that processes are continuously optimized. As Operations Manager of an entrepreneurial company like this, you should expect a busy and dynamic working environment with broad responsibilities.

Operations profile with finance knowledge
Most likely you have a couple of years of relevant work experience. Your experience could be from a start-up company with a comprehensive growth strategy and vendor activities. Your experience could also be from management consulting or business development.
Your educational background can be commercial or financial, but it is vital that you have been focusing on operations in you latest job positions.
Your areas of expertise are within business excellence, process optimization, contract management and general finance. You combine your analytical skills with a key sense of business acumen.
It is not a prerequisite that you have experience from the industry or all of the mentioned skills, but you do possess the ability and will to acquire new knowledge and competences.

As a person you are ambitious, independent, self-motivated and with a high energy level. You are positive and open-minded and you have a drive to succeed. Furthermore, it is pivotal that you speak English fluently.
You combine these skills and traits with a social and outgoing personality.
