Solution Architect Enterprise Content Management

Can you master technical leadership for the area of Enterprise Content Management in our rapidly transforming and globally growing business?

If you answer yes, we look forward to welcoming you as our new Solution Architect for Enterprise Content Management in Global IT. LEO Pharma is facing extensive growth the coming years. We have an exciting strategy and run projects that support and develop an organization of almost 5.000 employees in more than 60 countries.

We are running an IT transformation program over the coming years aiming for a state of the art outsourced IT environment. As the Solution Architect for CMS, you will be responsible for building the overall CMS strategy as well as developing and maintaining IT solution roadmaps within and across business areas.

You will have an ongoing dialogue with key stakeholders in line of business, Global IT and sourcing partners.

You will be a part of an open and dynamic global IT function running a major transformation programme together with Line of Business building the platform for our future state in LEO Pharma.

Your qualifications
You have comprehensive experience from a similar role, preferably within the Pharma industry or other enterprise business. Experience in standardizing and globalizing processes and systems is a clear qualification.

Further you have experience within
· Content Quality Management and Content Taxonomy/Ontology solutions
· Experience with SDLC methods including both agile and waterfall methods
· Multi-channel publishing

You have deep insight in existing systems, technologies and concepts in the area of enterprise content management solutions.

You must be self-driven, curious to understand new challenges and motivated by working both on an individual level and in teams.

You thrive in a rapid changing environment and act as a change agent yourself. Communication comes natural to you and you develop and deliver efficient communication to all level of the organization combined with a good sense of humor.

You are fully proficient in both written and spoken English.
