Elena Martinsen Watz

Elena Martinsen Watz is employed at Brinch & Partners as a Researcher. In this role, she assists the various steps in the recruitment process, including the search for candidates and initial contact with those who would match the customer’s wishes and needs. Elena comes from Norway and has a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Bergen. Alongside her work, she is studying a MSc in Human Resource Management at Copenhagen Business School.
