Headquartered in Hellerup north of Copenhagen, Denmark, North-East Family Office is a full-service provider for the Family managing assets and handling all relevant matters, including the philanthropic engagements. In addition to the office in Denmark, NEFO opened a branch in Singapore in 2015. Analytical process focus
North-East Family Office is a full-service provider for the founding family. They operate and advise on charities, corporate services, personal services and a wide variety of investments focusing on long-term asset growth with a profound focus on capital protection, based on an active investment philosophy with diversification, transparency, alignment of interests and strategic partnerships as key drivers.

This complex international focused investment strategy combined with high ambitions creates a demand for continuous improvements of processes in all aspects of the business to ensure the overall goals of the organisation. Reporting to the Group Finance Manager, you will play an important role in optimising procedures and processes. Your responsibility will focus on analysing current procedures with the aim to improve efficiency replacing manual processes with IT-supported automated work-flows. In the first phase, you will work intensely with all aspects of finance-related topics like bookkeeping, reconciliation, consolidation, reporting and business intelligence, but on long term you will be working with all aspects of the operation combining various types of systems. You will be working with all departments internally as well as developing working relationships with subsidiaries, business partners and external consultants.

Business process profile with finance knowledge
Most likely you have a couple of years of relevant work experience focusing on process optimisation. This experience has been gained in a complex international environment with a strong focus on IT-supported best practice. Your educational background can be commercial, financial or IT, but it is vital that you have an analytical approach combined with an outgoing personality, ability to learn, drive and a desire to look for and implement the best solutions. You combine the ability to drive projects independently, being self-motivated with a strong team-focus and a winning personality. Furthermore, it is essential that you speak English fluently.
