Sales Excellence Consultant
Are you an excellent communicator who knows how to motivate and influence others? Would you like to boost our global Sales Excellence team with your expertise? And do you thrive on working in a dynamic and international company with a strong brand? Then we have the position you are looking for.
We are currently looking for a new colleague to join our team with the overall responsibility to support our sales companies across Europe to maintain strong sales force processes and competences and ensure best practice is shared across our organisation.
Working in close cooperation with our sales companies, your primary role will be to train and coach our sales managers and key account managers in our global sales processes so that they in turn can roll the processes out locally.
In addition to arranging and facilitating commercial workshops, your tasks will include reviewing and improving existing sales processes and tools, ensuring regular follow up on sales force competence development and supporting the implementation of new CRM modules across our sales companies. Furthermore, you will support the development of a global VELUX Sales Academy.
Being part of a global organisation, you can expect to travel approx. 50 days annually.
You hold a Business degree and have 5+ years’ sales training experience from one or more international companies, preferably with CRM system set-ups.
Competencies such as strong communication and collaboration skills are ‘a must’, including the ability to coach and ‘lead the way’. As a person you are flexible, you like working independently and you feel comfortable defining your own responsibilities within a pre-defined framework.
Furthermore, you are a self-starter with a ‘can do’ attitude, you are result-oriented with a pragmatic and dynamic approach to tasks and are not afraid to challenge status quo.
It is important that you can navigate within a matrix organisation with many stakeholders and that you can drive results in this type of environment.
You have a strong command of English, both written and spoken.
